Massaging the face with facial creams and massaging oils will improve the skin color, improve unsightly fleshiness, and will tighten the tissues and facial muscles.

    Eating a lot of berries and nuts though could lead to undesired effects. So eat in moderation.

    Thanks for the tips. Need to rehydrate more often especially with me spending a lot of time either out in the sun or locked up in an air-conditioned room.
