Just do the basic hygiene. I think that is the most basic way to avoid such parasite, and of course eat only a healthy food and avoid red meats. Nice post!

I’m not sure than a colon cleanse is sufficient to properly eliminate the digestive system or bowels of infection or infestation by parasites. I think proper medical intervention should be sought and a course of anti parasitic medication taken.
