Walking gives us many choices. For the beginners, start program is a must because it has a low risk, while a  brisk walking is fit for who walked past the beginner step. After gain advanced level, or for who having been advanced level,  choosing  speed walk is challenging because it takes  us almost to a run.

Some people tend to using  treadmill indoor  while watching TV programs or follow the guidance from CD or DVD. The CD or DVD program itself usually free when we buy that treadmill. We can use that tool outdoor too, if we feel uncomfortable walking indoors. At the beginning, you walk at a low pace. Work your body up to a distant goal gradually. Set your goals so that it is not far-reaching.

Doing  this walking program routinely  with proper tools and having balance diet food, will be very good for health. So, it is not a difficult to have a healthy lifestyle by walking program.
