		<description>I love walking! which is great since i&#039;m too lazy to do any other kind of exercise, but walking for half an hour or more is really good for you, not to mention the air in the morning is fresh and smells good, and it&#039;s not as hot during the morning as it is other times, so it&#039;s a win-win-win situation!</description>

		<description>I started out with just walking and now I have moved onto do the couch potatoe to 5k training program.  I am almost halfway through.  I hate exercising, but starting out slow has helped me be able to get much healthier.</description>

		<description>I forgot to ask...Is it possible to put a graph or something on this site so one could tell roughly how many calories and or inches they could expect to burn/lose by walking a specific distance? Just a thought as it would provide valuable and useful information and would really assist with setting specific goals.
